"Checkout was smooth every time"
I’ve ordered from FragranceNet a few times now, and the payment part has always been easy. My card went through quickly, the total stayed exactly as expected, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Nothing exciting, which is how I prefer it when money’s involved. I’ve never had to reach out to support about billing, so that says enough

"Mostly Happy, Just a Little Annoyed"
I got my FragranceNet order and at first I was happy because most of everything was right. The main perfume I really wanted arrived fine, and the box looked good too, so that was a relief. But then I noticed one of the smaller items wasn’t the exact size I had picked, and that kind of threw me off. It’s not the end of the world, but it was still annoying because I expected the order to match what I selected. Overall, I’m glad the main item was okay, but I do wish they had gotten every detail right.

I ordered the tester bottle, it felt clear from the listing that it was going to be one, so I wasn’t caught off guard. It didn’t come with the fancy box, which I kind of expected, but my gut says the scent is the real deal and it smells full to me. Shipping was a bit slower than I would’ve liked, but for the price, I’m not too bothered. I’d probably buy again, just make sure you actually read the item details first

"Perfume was okay, but the packaging was disappointing"
The order did show up on time and the perfume itself was fine, so I’ll give them that. But the packaging left a bad impression. The shipping box was crushed on one side, and even the actual perfume box had dents in it. Luckily nothing leaked or broke, but it didn’t feel great opening it and seeing it all banged up. For something like perfume, I expected it to be packed a lot better.

"Tracking was a bit confusing..."
My order arrived fine in the end, so no real issue there... but the tracking updates were unclear most of the time. Some days they didn’t really tell me anything useful, which was a little frustrating.

I ended up canceling my order, and it did go through in the end. It just took a couple back-and-forth emails before I got a clear answer. Support was basically like, “we’re looking into it” and then later “your cancellation has been processed,” so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked

"Not as much of a deal as it looked"
I tried fragrancenet.com because the coupons seemed good at first. Big discounts everywhere. Another code to add. All that. But by the time I got to the final price, it really wasn’t much cheaper. It kind of felt like the prices were marked up before the coupon was even applied. Then shipping got added, and the deal looked even less worth it. I spent way too much time comparing prices and still walked away feeling like I didn’t really save anything. Probably won’t order again unless they make the pricing a lot clearer.

I ordered from FragranceNet one time, and now it feels like my inbox is doing extra cardio for no reason. Some days I swear they send the same sale email again and again, and it’s such a waste of energy just deleting them all.

I tried unsubscribing, but more messages still showed up afterward. Maybe it takes a while to kick in, but it’s annoying enough that it makes me not want to shop there again.

I placed my order and then basically got left in the dark. The status barely moved for days, and there wasn’t any clear update about what was happening. I reached out to customer service, but their response didn’t really explain much either. it comes across as careless when you’ve already paid and you’re just stuck waiting and guessing

"Billing didn’t match what I expected"
I placed one order and the amount that hit my card wasn’t quite what I thought I saw at checkout. It wasn’t a huge difference, but you still notice that stuff and it’s annoying. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little while, and I had to explain the situation more than once. The products themselves were fine, but the billing part felt a bit messy.

FragranceNet is decent, but it feels a little hit or miss. I was able to find what I needed, but the site itself feels kind of outdated and can be slow at times. Searching worked okay, though the filters were a bit annoying and some pages took longer to load than I expected. Checkout went through fine for me, just wasn’t the smoothest experience. Overall, not terrible, but not exactly great either...

"Exactly the scent I was hoping for"
I ordered a perfume I used to wear years ago, and I was fully bracing myself for heartbreak in case it didn’t smell the way I remembered. But the second it arrived and I tried it, I was like, yes, this is it, total blast from the past.

It didn’t smell weird, weak, or watered down to me at all, which was a huge relief. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m really happy with it and would definitely order again.
